My copy of the Lux Knitting Book, printed in 1938, came from a garage sale.

What a treasure it is - detailed knitting patterns for ladies and gentleman, children and babies, plus knitting lessons and knitting tips.

I hope you enjoy the classic, and timeless, knitting patterns as much as I do.

In total, there are 49 tested instructions of "smart new knitted wear for all the family". Many of the pullovers, cardigans, dresses and accessories are classic and timeless in appeal. I hope to be adding them all, so please watch this space for frequent updates.

You may knit these patterns for personal use, or to make items for sale, but you cannot republish the copyrighted images or texts from this site, except for one printed copy of the pattern for yourself.
