This free pattern to make a crocheted poppy produces a luxurious, ruffled flower. The crocheted center could be done in any contrasting color, or you could replace it with a large button or pompom.
How to Crochet a Poppy
If crocheted in worsted weight yarn, the finished poppy measures about four inches across.
If you use a lighter yarn, the flower would be smaller.
