Easy Homemade Christmas Projects
Since 2002, AllFreeCrafts has provided hundreds of free craft projects, almost all of them available with free how-to’s right here on this site (no endless links to follow)! Here you’ll see our free Christmas crafts organized into categories so you can find your next homemade gift or Christmas project quickly and easily.
You’ll see an emphasis on recycled or inexpensive supplies because my personal credo is “use what you have” along with a generous dollop of imagination, creativity and good intentions. That’s all you need to pass on heartfelt positivity in every Christmas gift you make. It’s not about money. It’s about passing on tradition and creative skills from what’s in your heart.
Create with love and all that means naturally follows. Happy Christmas to you and yours!

This is a question rather then a reply but am hoping that some one can help me, Several years ago I printed off your directions for making a felt sheep, felt Christmas ribbon & Pinwheel candies & Gingerbread. Some how I still have the pictures but have lost the directions. I am retiring soon and would like to spend my time crafting. Would it be possible to get these directions so I can make some now that I have free time.
Jane says
Hi, Deborah, Congratulations on your retirement! I recently retired too and I’m enjoying my extra crafting time very much. However, as much as I would like to help, I can’t claim to have the felt sheep, pinwheel candies or gingerbread crafts on my site. If I did, I would personally send you the directions, but I’m unfortunately unable to do that. Perhaps you can do a search for these crafts and find them that way? I really hope that you’re able to find what you’re looking for as I’ve done the same – printed off crafts and then found the directions missing. Very old school, but I understand very well! Good luck in your search.

I’m looking for a particular pattern for a Christmas tree made with the tapered candles & netting. Any ideas on where I can find that pettern?
Jane Lake says
I’m not familiar with that one, unfortunately, but hopefully someone else will help us out.
